Sentai Simian
Sentai Simian was the capstone project that I worked on for my final year at Indian River State College. I lead a team of over 10 other students to bring a game from conception to completion.
Some of my responsibilities included writing a complete design document, gathering reference, assigning work to other students, prototyping the core gameplay loop, and implementing assets into Unity.
My Responsibilities

Writing a detailed design doc that covered all aspects of the game, from the core game loop, to theming and art, to music.

Assigning work and giving feedback to fellow students to ensure development steadily progresses.
- Creating a working prototype that showcased the core game loop in a timely manner.
- Programming the final character controller, combat system, wave system, AI, and overall game loop.
- Implementing UI, textures, models, and animations into Unity.
- Designing particle effects and writing custom shaders.
- Creating a tutorial level to quickly explain and demonstrate the controls and core mechanics.
